Unfortunately that will still leave the turd in the thread to which anyone can respond, further derailing the thread and, logically, ensuring they too qualify for an infraction. Unless people are instructed not to reply to the infracted post in which case... why leave it there in the first place?

Woah. This is NOT a reprimand at all. Actually, this is merely me telling you guys now that deleting posts is no longer how we do things now. I'll have to rewrite that infraction thread TBH... It's all my fault. I'm sorry for the confusion. And I posted this publicly because people need to know that we will not delete posts now (as obbe and others were requesting all the time) merely because they're derailing. This is two birds with one stone.
