And if he truly does abide by this "council" system, and the OP wants to achieve some kind of balance via a wider distribution of personality types on the staff, then I think you'd have more chance of succeeding by getting a couple of users on the staff whose personalities don't cluster around Arnox's mindset. That might be slightly more palatable to Arnox than creating a co-Admin, but the chances of Arnox selecting someone whose personality is outside his comfort zone still appears to be near zero.

I'm sure you would like one too.  That's why you have a staff too, for keeping tabs on the forum.  It might do a little good for us to relax the grip slightly as well.

We're not, but that's where the report button really helps.  One us usually responds pretty quickly when we see CP in the report subject.

As for using the report button because someone thinks somebody else is a "kidiot," well, I don't respond as quickly to that.

Yes, this is why I was bitching, you make these decisions on the fly and they are just not good decisions sometimes

You literally told me 'let it be' when I bitched about the daily cp spam and how I had to make sure I was alone in my house before even opening a thread so that my family would not think I was some sort of sicko; and it took like a week longer until you 'cracked down on it' by instituting the 20 posts rule.

I somehow have a feeling that if the cp spammer was a bit more determined and less lazy, you wouldn't be able to claim that you 'cracked down' on shit because it could have been 10 times worse than it was.
