With all due respect, why should I care in the slightest if you're disappointed? People who tell you 'really good things' about me have likely known me for the best part of ten years. You know next to nothing about me; your personal opinion of me has no significance.
And with regards to disappointment, Zok said almost the
exact same thing to me 5 years ago. He is a proven idiot. I've seen the trajectory of failed administration in too prolonged and fine-a-detail as a staff member of both Totse and Zoklet to have the patience to watch it again. I suspect it will only be a matter of time before this account is fucked with in some fashion or another, over a pathetic 'infraction'. If a global mod can complain over a single sentence, then be defended by the site owner (as far as you can without making a fool of yourself) when they get ass-blasted, then the writing for the long-term is on the wall. If that happens I will leave in a heartbeat; to that end, and in spite of her claims to the contrary, I wouldn't put it past your beloved Equanimity to do what I've described.

I'd happily stay and help you build on those foundations, but to be blunt you are the wrong type of character to govern a Totse-type environment. This is reflected in you choosing Equanimity as a mod. Ignoring all the tranny bullshit, I've seen her type before and she will not withstand an &T environment in the long run, unless you change that environment to suit your more weak and fragile staff thereby largely destroying the reason the bulk of your userbase come here in the first place. If you choose staff who go against your apparently conflict-avoidant character e.g. Spectral, Daguru, however much that may jar with you, they've got an infinitely better understanding, experience of and stomach for &T community dynamics than the likes of Equanimity, or you. You don't even
know most of your userbase well enough with regards to modding them, which is why you chose her... she seemed 'nice' IIRC. Ha.

As it stands this community has a limited lifespan regardless of whether I stay or go.
In short my attitude is a consquence of experience, not a minor disagreement.
