Okay so I haven't jacked off in 20 days. I have noticed a weird pointy bump thing on the southern side of my right testicle. On my left testicle i feel another bump thing on the southern side of my testicle side also but a bit different shape. Do I have cancer???? I haven't checked my balls in a while I think.

You should get it checked out for sure. Testicular cancer usually becomes dangerous if you don't get it checked out because of embarrassment or ignorance. I had testicular cancer last year and had to have a round of radiation and a partial orchiectomy (i.e., they removed the nut). I casually brought it up to my wife who is a nurse and she started flipping out when she palpated my balls and felt a pea sized lump. Luckily I had no problems, caught it early.

It is extremely unlucky/uncommon to get it in both nuts at the same time though.

Testicular usually hits at a young age so that makes no difference. You can also get calcium deposits in you testicles that are hard, not like testicular tissue. Are you sure you aren't just feeling the epididymus?

I'm not exactly sure would you feel any other symptoms besides bumps? I'm going to research anatomy a little bit just to make sure.

I went to the doctor and told her about the lump and she said "oh its probably nothing." She put on her gloves and gave it a feel and she said "Its probably nothing, but lets get an ultrasound to be sure." Then she referred me to a urologist with an appointment literally the next day. I was freaked the fuck out.
