Blatant thread derailment is different from normal conversation flow.

Please read the OP of this thread for clarification:

http://www.intosanctuary.com/index.php?topic=3529.0

Quote
Off-topic posting is NOT against the rules UNLESS it's blatant derailing such as the following.

"Have you guys ever gone snowboarding before?"

"I like whipped cream LOL."

This however is normal conversation flow.

"I really like pizza."

"Especially ones with pepperoni toppings."

"I think pepperoni's pretty gross..."

It's not blatant derailing because it took you more than one irrelevant, low content, post to derail a thread? I'll remember that for future reference.

That being the case, why was Fang' banned for 'derailing' Equanimity's shitty H&S troll thread? Even though every post Fang' made referred to something that was either said in that thread, or the thread itself? In reality were tears shed because his posts may have been relevant, but they weren't parlour enough?

In contrast:

due to physicalicol problems

every1 be super nice to him ok?

physicalicol

Blatant derailing: First post after OP. Immediate derailment; may as well have typed 'Lrn2spl'. Too much of a passive-agressive prick to do that so just quoted instead.

Medical necessity, not physiological necessity.  I mean that's their verbiage, in my experience.

What treatments and medications would help people cope with this?  Could zombify them with hardcore drugs, but why would you?  They can lead full lives without that junk, so long's they get the HRT and surgeries they need.

there is not a medical need they body will continue to function perfectly healthy perhaps even more healthy than a body on HRT and surgeries

there are a lot of people that express improvements simply through counseling there isn't a 100% perfect treatment for any mental health illness at all

I'm kinda bored of this now.

way to make an entirely unnecessary spam post in a thread that has remained on topic

I do what I can.

Wait no:

Blatant derailing: That's nice. Just as whipped cream has nothing to do with snowboarding, so Zek's tiredness has nothing to do with the topic at hand. He then doesn't even deny he's derailing; responds with sarcasm. Follows that up with a derailing shitpost.

...

Zek (And I've barely, barely scratched the surface) makes derailing posts that follow on from nothing, just as your "blatant derailing" example shows, because he knows that you will blindly excuse double standards as he's one of your 'very carefully picked' and 'professional' staff members who is 'nice'. Contrary to what you may claim, that's all that really registers on your radar. And why should he think otherwise? You gormlessly treat his 'cats n' hugs forum' suggestion seriously  whereas everyone else shat on the obvious wind-up, including Fang' who got the boot for his harshness, thereby proving to Equazek that you're a real Autisticus Maximus obsessed with 'parlour' behaviour.

he will continue to ignore evidence and well thought out posts as he has done repeatedly in your thread and mine because they are too "flippant" for him while also coming up with weak dismissals and avoidance to the completely obvious truths the posters bring up

Just as before, I am perfectly willing to listen if one isn't condescending, flaming, etc. And the thing is, I see no reason why I should demod her. I could go through every one of her posts I'm sure and explain how each one was just fine.

Yes, Arnox never enters a burning parlour without first making sure he has several easy escape routes.

You give him too much credit, it's more like when he gets into a sticky situation he grabs whatever is closest, throws it threw a window and jumps out.

Not saying here specifically, but in general, the vast majority of infractions and bans are handed out by butthurt staff members who can't take it. It's really a global phenomenon rather than a site-specific farce. And that's just because people in general are weak, easy to ruffle, have no real backbone, are easily offended, and can't resist the impulse to seek revenge on anyone who criticizes them or their actions. Give these people just a little bit of power and they will without fail abuse it in order to satiate their own personal egos, all the while denying their abuse of authority with bogus "justifications" and "explanations". The latter years of &Totse and Zoklet were prime examples of this, but far from the only ones.

Arnox won't touch Slave's post with a 100 foot pole. There is too much truth and accurate analysis in it, and of course there is ZERO answer to any of it. Last time when pressed Arnox gave the feeble explanation "meh, there wasn't useful information in the thread any how". Zek can literally do what he wants where he wants with complete impunity. Which also goes against Arnox's EMPTY proclamation of keeping close tabs on his mods, and getting rid of the toxic ones. He doesn't give a fuck how many people get banned or leave on their own accord because of all this hypocrisy and Zek's derailing agenda....to him its now just a pissing match he loses every single day.

I still want to know why he hasn't addressed Zek banning risir and deleting a post he made the other night even though Arnox has made multiple threads about how the staff won't do that

or the infractions Risir recieved for posting relevant images in two similar threads

RisiR was not infracted for posting pictures.  I reversed his ban and his warning, which were given for sharing PI.  It turned out to be a joke, but looked very plausible.  I'm not okay with people posting each other's names and addresses.  Shit's lame.

Arnox clearly has no intention of replying to this.  Fuck.   What's even the point of this anymore?  Do you think anything we say will change this place?  I'm losing hope.  What's the point in coming to this place?  It's over.

Posting PI, spamming the same post repeatedly:

is what you put in the ban list only post that was "spammed" was the one of your legs

also it doesn't matter how you feel about it he posted a joke Paki Penis is not someones name and you banned someone unfairly you're incompetent just because you reversed it doesn't change the fact you're incompetent

I loled when I saw it

even if it was zek you and Arnox fucked that whole banning people who post PI up when you said it had to be verified so you could keep pretending you were someone you're not so even the fact that you can't ban someone for making a joke that looks like unverified PI is your fault you fucking moron
