You should try loperamide, imodium. It's an OTC opiate and crosses the blood brain barrier at doses of 24mg and up with help of black pepper or omeprazole/any proton pump inhibitor really. It's worth it.

I keep hearing about Imodium, how much does it help? My buddy has some nucynta, but i don't think that will help, will it?

I dont think you get high on Imodium, even though its an opiate, if thats what your asking.

The high is alright on par with tramadol, only side effects of using a p-glycoprotein inhibitor I can think of is if you are on an antibiotic it could make that and other non-psychoactives easier to cross the BBB but I've never had that problem.

Yeah i did actually. No rigs so i breathed it, bad mistake. Insta nosebleed. I been copping this fire purple dope from this thick ass white girl that i used to fuck. She wouldn't sell to me for awhile because it was my birthday and me and another couple were at her house and i propositioned her for an orgy, she immediately flipped.
