That doesnt justify it. As readily as infractions are handed out for trivial nonsense something as serious as a mod fucking with a members account in that manner deserves more than nothing.

Why are you piggybacking on my post instead of coming up with something original?

It was original....and your post while accurate was too milquetoast and safe, politically correct so as not to upset or offend Arnox. Whereas mine was a bit more detailed, elaborating on the fact that Arnox used to have a bigger picture mindset as well as a friendlier disposition while mingling with us....and now he just comes off as an instigating donkey, defending each and every staffing decision to the very bitter end no matter how detrimental it is to him or the website in the future.

Going back to our earlier conversation in regard to..."why do you think he is Zek". Zek was also an HB addict that spewed all kinds of nonsense about the supposed culture(?) of that place. Just one more piece of the puzzle when he isn't being so subtle and covert about who he really is. If you watch close enough, he betrays his ruse daily if not hourly with his posting.

Yeah, I agree there are striking parallels, but I have been around forums and irc for a long time...there are like thousands of people out there with the exact same personality as zek and equanimity.  Zek is not stupid.  I have talked to him at length.

He may be a deluded pre-op tranny, but he is intelligent enough to do a halfway decent job of imitating the 'typical' females he sees around him.  He seemed to spew the same leftist conformist politically correct 'ideas' that a high school girl would. 

Well, these days, even girls in their late 20's think this way, and some of them even grow into old age clinging to 'touchy feely' 'the world is a cuddly safe place if we all just join hands and sing on the hilltop' viewpoint that they learn from watching too much tv and listening to the opinions of their vapid peers. 

So equanimity may have the same viewpoints and some things in common with zek.  That is not a huge surprise, that a forum that we moved to (us zoklet folks) had its own resident leftist tree hugger type.....

I just have never known zek to go this long reading my posts without telling me 'don't talk to me' or 'fuck you' or 'please don't post in my thread anymore'....I swear he had to have posted some variation of that to me like 10 times.  The posting styles are different.  The 'arguing' styles are different.  Equanimity actually seems to respond when someone makes a good point, and seems to learn from other posters, something I have never seen that self-absorbed motherfucker zek do, not ever.  Ever.

Plus, I have no proof that it is zek, no proof that it isn't zek,  but the similarities are not as telling to me as the posting style.  If anyone has anything making it likely that equanimity is zek, I would like to see it.

My position is this:  As long as a post does not get anyone else in legal trouble or does damage to the forum or someone's brick-and-mortar business or real life....and as long as it isnt spam or in an obviously wrong place, then who cares what someone posts?  And even if it is in the wrong place, just move it, don't fucking ban people.   

Except it was spam. He was already warned for posting spam before that like... Yesterday. Maybe even today in fact. And it's only for three days FFS.

Even further, some of the information posted here CAN harm brick and mortar stores. It can harm normal people. It can harm many things.

And finally, we don't infract people for accidentally posting something in the wrong forum.

It's not like I just suddenly decided to change his name on a whim.  He was making fun of me for taking my impending (or so I thought) name change so seriously, saying that I needed to learn how to take a joke.  And he told me that I could make a thread about changing his name to prove that he could take a joke.  I added an "e" to his name for maybe 10 minutes before changing it back, and I thought he'd just laugh about it.

At the time it didn't seem like a big deal at all.  I will not be making that mistake again, yikes :/

Yeah, but in your case you DO have limits in "how" you criticize....you take the safer approach. Myself, I don't put a leash on my tongue very often IRL, why the fuck would I do it on some silly message board? If me calling a spade a spade is "divisive"...so be it.
