Fried pork chop with apple compote and black garlic mushroom risotto. That was some of the best risotto I think I have ever made.

Made some damn good shrimp curry today.
Onion, shallot, Yellow bell pepper (I wanted a red but the yellow was starting to get a little pruny) and some shitake mushrooms.
