Smoking weed sucks and hurts my lungs and throat and makes me cough when I run. So I've been exploring alternate methods of getting high, so at least I'm not taking multiple bong rips a day.
Recently I have been taking about .1-.2 g of hash and breaking it up in the bottom of a shot glass. Cover with a little bit of coconut oil, microwave for 1 minute, take it out (careful, it's hot), and stir it up with a butter knife or chopstick, let it chill for like 5 minutes then throw it back in the microwave for 45 seconds. Then I take this oil and put it in a smoothie or just dip some bread in it and eat it.
This method works amazingly, however, it has drawbacks, mainly that it take an hour and a half to kick in fully. Ive been reading about people using vegetable glycerin to make a tincture that can just be put under the tongue for quick effects. Anyone have any experience doing this?
