Unless you have a terminal disease, severe and chronic medical problems, or some other physical pain/or disease (real ones, not the kind you make up in your head) which has permanently and significantly impaired your quality of life, or are just elderly and being bluntly pragmatic about the near(ish) future... none of which apply to you... your thinking is that of an attention-seeking mind, revelling in the twisted desires it presents to an audience.
Messing around with helium tanks and oven bags is a serious process.
But for you that would be the whole point; the appearance of a failed attempt, surrounded by all the paraphenalia of the suicide kit. Think of all that drama and concern
focused just on you. This is what makes you mentally degenerate.
