If it's a femdom dungeon then that means you're the sub bro, although I see how the name could be confusing

In all fairness it does sound a lot more edgy than 'my mom's basement'.

Fair enough. I used to be pretty paranoid in the same way, like these communities aren't exactly the most reputable places to start with and I've openly argued for some pretty controversial positions over the years. I thought it was justified, and probably still is.

But as the internet becomes more commonplace I think there's a greater understanding in the public at large that there's a clear division between what's said in a place like this and how a person behaves out in the world. Like DOOM used to be this big thing, people couldn't imagine kids playing this violent video game and not going on a rampage, but now we don't even bat an eye. I think as more people share worldstar videos with the comment "lol niggers" and whatnot it'll become clear in the same way that trolling and bullshitting on the internet is not representative of a person's character. I work in a field that's fairly progressive about this kind of thing, if one day my boss was like "it says here you pretended to be a girl on this website" I'd be like "yup, totes did that" and I think that would be that.

You clearly don't have a real world understanding of how many HR departments work in today's day and age, and despite whatever ancillary position you had with the DoD....one never knows how critical and absurd they'll be over even the most innocuous things. Think that Facebook photo of holding up the family poodle is "harmless"? What if the hiring manager is afraid of dogs? That picture of toasting your grandparents 50th wedding anniversary in a warm and familial environment? What if that same person has an alcoholic in the family, or had a friend killed by a drunk driver?

I always find it funny how certain people on these websites do their best to instill the "who cares"  mindset when trying to encourage people to be as sloppy and lazy as possible in regard to letting their PI out there. Very very interesting indeed....

Clearly you're pulling this out of your ass. HR does not reject people because they don't like dogs or drink champagne.

I don't find it particularly interesting. It seems obvious that if you realize you PI leaking isn't that big of a deal then it makes sense that you'd act like... it's not that big of a deal.

As usual, you are a complete fucking idiot... since people that do hire other folks still have their own biases, you never know what will disqualify them from employment consideration. There is no broad-based negatives or positives, and for you suggesting otherwise shows how little human interaction you have IRL or any understanding of how the world works. Hell, I've already "disqualified" someone on the basis I didn't like the way he parked his car before even walking in the building.....literally ANYTHING could be reason to not hire someone based on who the actual employer is.

In regard to PI leaking, its quite obvious that someone that enjoys abusing and harvesting PI for whatever selfish gain....would continue the mantra/ideology that "meh, its no big deal", and try to spread that nonchalant outlook to the rest of the world.

You can't go from "ya never know" to "your dog is going to get you fired" you moron. Yeah, people have biases but that doesn't mean that corporate hiring in general rejects people for trivial shit and that you need to live in constant fear of HR. But IDK, maybe your job prospects are so terrible that it seems like pandering to your potential employers is the only way to get a job.

Lol, the only thing you've proved here is that you're a unprofessional asshole. I recently went through the process of hiring a new employee. There was one dude I interviewed who has really abysmal taste in music. But hey, unlike you I'm not a self absorbed prick who can't see past personal preferences and didn't count it against him. Gee, that sure was hard. I'd be really surprised if anyone else were able to exercise similar levels of restraint :jerkoff:

Fun fact: I've never "collected" anyone's PI ever. I did do a couple of collages on zoklet made up of pictures people posted themselves, and deleted photos on request. Hardly some insidious plot to "harvest PI" lol.

Again, you are exposing your naivete and lack of any business sense. Because in the real world there is such thing as a company "culture" and trying to find the best candidate to "fit in" with the rest of your already existing staff. So yeah, someone's taste in music might be something to consider, if I have a warehouse filled with metal heads and now I have some redneck hick standing in front of me.  Just like if I had an office filled with a bunch of married guys that enjoyed playing on the company softball team, some queer awkward nerd probably wouldn't cut the mustard either. Now granted, someone like you might spew some prissy politically correct buzzphrase like "diversity" to try to make an argument, but in the REAL business world to make a cohesive team as productive as possible that empty rhetoric usually has no value at all.

And in regard to my particular scenario, it wasn't unprofessional at all...instead sizing up a person quite accurately. Because if some stooge can't even park a car between a pair of lines with any sense of competence.....he's obviously lazy, sloppy, and inept. He didn't even have to get out of the car, I don't care if he was in a $2,000 Armani suit with a resume filled with PHD's that could fill a phonebook.....I would have little respect and most importantly zero TRUST in such an inept dolt that can't even park properly.

Fun fact: You did just admit to successfully harvesting other people's PI, no matter whatever ruse/story you gave the masses to justify that harvesting. Of course the gingerbread house looked inviting before the witch threw them in the oven, how else do you get people to fall into your trap unless you provide whatever "bait"?

I'm not even going to respond to that. It's not an argument, you clearly just like hearing yourself talk.

someone doesnt know how to interwebz. is it two days or a month. considering the statement was 'two days' this post is not being made with a ban evasion alt because there is no ban in effect, ergo...no violation of rules has been committed.

this is yet another example of why im done with this place.

there was no notice of the infraction committed.  none was listed meaning it was either for requesting a ban or posting a totse pic. meaning...either requesting bans is permissible or the ban-er is a total and complete fucktard because a ban was enacted due to an obvious public domain pic.

half the decent posters and the majority of potentially decent posters are now banned due to stupid shit. there are few-to-no threads on productive topics yet a thundering shitstorm of them about how much of a suck-fest this place is. this situation has gone from being a laughable comedy to now being a pathetic tragedy.  if this website...and the individual(s) responsible for fucking it up...were a dog it would be taken out back and put out of its misery.

I'm pretty much going to hang out at the 'new place' from now on...I will occasionally post here to make fun of arnox, though, because its too hard to resist
