Swim wanted to steal shut from peoples yards, specifically bikes, how should swim go about this?

Instead of stealing from the back yard, it would be a much worse idea to steal THE back yard. Then you could sell it on E-Bay...

FOR SALE:

One (1) backyard. Comes with vegetable garden, clothesline, grass (some limited browning in spots), bird feeder and wooden fence/gate (slightly damaged). No deliveries... must pick up.
