"Thanks" Button or something of the like - Suggestion

A Thanks system would not be good at all because it's inaccurate about 3/4ths of the time. Some posts get thanked simply because a user or users like each other. More intelligent deserving posts can be ignored in favor of a post that's simply really funny... It's not a good idea at all. Trust me.

btw worst quoting system ever if you haven't heard. I'd be more worried about the functionality of your website and having scrolling texts and images in 15 line long signatures. But no, a REP SYSTEM is what doesn't make the forum work.

Features involving popularity end up being irrelevant/dysfunctional add-ons to forum discussion. The anonymous rep system on Totse was entertaining though. I think eBagger does raise a worthwhile point that the way some things are displayed on this forum, sig's for example, would benefit from being altered/made more discreet or just nuked from orbit.

One for me is the highlighting on staff names. Arnox's red is OK, but the neon blue on Idio's is just fucking nasty. I appreciate this is small stuff in the big scheme of things ATM.
