I've never done anything like that phone call. Humans are not logical, rational beings, thus, you can't put x in and expect to get z out. The laws of physics don't specifically govern social interactions. Like I said I was being totally presumptuous, I don't expect you to change anything you're doing if it's working for you (lol). Just giving an outside perspective.

Berkeley went cray cray last night. I had gotten out of the gym, and did a perfect set of 5 deep squats, 315 at 160lb, along with 4x6 pullups/chinups with 55lb, 60lb dumbbell presses. May have fractured my left heel jumping off a bus station improperly. Saw a ton of vandalism/destruction up close, and some Blacks trying to stash, get away with, or opening the packaging right there on the sidewalk. I think I saw one with an rc helicopter. It's pitiful that I never see anyone else climbing trees and other structures during critical moments to gain an excellent view. Chaos, destruction, violence bring out the animal in me. Was able to maintain a fast pace throughout to get between points, to get where the action was, since they seem to have purposefully split into at least two groups.  In a way I enjoyed limping so far while in pain to get home as a triumph of the will. I remember feeling when I got home "I want to live!" But then I took etizolam and marijuana.
