I know, and I knew someone would probably misunderstand this. I meant in that field. To give you a comparison, the average IQ for a university graduate (4 year degree) is 115. The average IQ for the average White is 100, 1 standard deviation below that. That's bad, really really bad. So even though someone in that position is going to be significantly more intelligent than average, it's a pretty low bar to beat.
