To be honest part of me feels excited and hope it's a good strong long lasting earthquake. Ah, brings to mind the Japanese tsunami. There is some incredible footage, and there's just an exhilaration you don't get anywhere else when your fellow citizens are in danger, the normal relative stability of a society destroyed, swept away by an incredible force of nature. Actual struggle against physical reality that could easily bring death, the forces of the world, which is no longer present for most of those in first world countries, at least not in the same genuine way, rather usually an imitation of it, a safe version, or due to their own stupidity.

Protip: It's large impersonal societies that have enabled you to survive with minimal social skills. Integration into a tight knit community was the difference between life and death for the majority of your ancestors and will be again in the case of societal collapse.

Not me, I just think it would be fun. I could always move, I have nothing tying me down and not much that can't be replaced or given away. I could probably fit all my necessary possessions in a single refrigerator box. But I don't necessarily want total collapse, just some looting, fires, and violence at least. What talent?
Obviously there will be a few unique individuals with actual skills, but the majority of social let-downs are just useless leachers.  I doubt they would live long, unless perhaps they could survive isolation somewhere far away from other people.

Honestly i think i would do better by myself.  I wouldn't want the responsibility that comes with having people around you, especially if you are better fit for survival than them.

How often do you listen to music? If you spend 100$ of your vitamin money to buy a shitty squire bass maybe you'll unleash your inner savant, considering your ability to store large amounts of information. this will also improve coordination between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. a thing i've been experimenting with recently is covering up one eye at a time with an eyepatch for a little while before alternating. I do this because it's causing me to block out half of my visual field and strengthen the eye's relation with the occipital lobe. i may also try this with earplugs just out of curiosity. no idea if it actually does anything but it seems plausible in theory.

i would recommend you to get a pet to take care of that you will neither drug or molest. preferably something like a dog, it might  improve your ability to empathize (or at least pretend to care for others) over time.

DXM is a pretty big mindfuck but that's only temporary and it's very visual heavy. less colorful but very 3 dimensional, which is my drawing style and also what i prefer. it doesn't seem to be particularly toxic, may share some antidepressant effects with ketamine, has caused me to come to various "insights" about myself, and it'll likely become your DOC if your ever tried it, just considering your personality.
