You're taking this way too seriously. There isn't a grand formula people need to follow to be modded. They just need to have some aspects of character as listed in Staffing Policies. Also, although I make the final decision, I make sure my staff agrees with this as well. And anyway, I actually wasn't the first one to propose aldra be modded. So yeah.

You didnt answer the question either, what the fuck is the point in "promoting" people to mods on a dying website with few users and closed registration?  I can only imagine its so they feel they have some sort of investment in this place and end up leaving later than they would have anyway.
