Its true the security at Walmart will get you. I was guilty of this as a teen and learned first hand. The employees won't do shit but the security guys watching you on cam will.

The vast majority of the cameras are fake.

I always just took stuff over to the food aisle, specifically the chip aisle, or paper towels.  IDK if the cameras are real or fake but I just ignored them and did my thing, never had any problems, did it for many years.

If you had a car I would suggest shoplifting 50 lbs of copper fittings and selling to recyclers.  I made 200$ in an hour doing this before.

Im still on the fence on how to reply to this. On one hand I want to say that as soon as someone brings in a load of copper in this manner the salvage yard is going to report it to the cops...after they refuse to accept it. On the other hand, I would enjoy reading a new thread in about six months about how spanky was arrested and spent the last 6 months making new friends and discovering having his asshole used as a barter item for commissary is a fun thing.
