Trileptal for BP + Remeron for depression + EXTENDED RELEASE 1mg-2mg xanax (abusing them is nearly worthless)

an extremely low dose of an amphetamine may be a good idea as it does have a stabilizing effect for me in minimal amounts, and it's very hard to be depressed when you know you'll wake up tomorrow and take your psuedo-narcotics and feel good man for a few hours while actually getting better mentally and mood-wise. Too high of a dose could definitely exacerbate mania. I tend to just drink a lot of caffeine which might be just about as worth it.

the only problem with remeron is that it causes super munchies, and i recall you having an eating disorder. In that case low dose amphetamine might prevent weight gain while the other medications reduce the "speediness" of the amphetamine. If that doesn't work, SSRIs and SNRIs especially are known to have weight loss as a side effect, so just a different antidepressant
