Mindless posts aren't speech, though, they're just kidiot babble, like Goo-goo-gaga. Goo-goo-gaga doesn't really say anything, and so it's not speech at all. Only actual speech can be covered under the free speech gambit. Just like smell isn't speech. Would you grant someone the right to smell under the free speech gambit? They're not even related. Just like kidiot babble isn't related to free speech either. It's just an unintelligible noise, not speech at all. Genuine speech comes in the form of coherent dialogue containing words, sentences, paragraphs, thoughts, ideas, observations, suggestions... kidiot-speak has nothing to do with any of that. It's more like a smell than speech, and it really stinks. What you do with stinky stuff is you throw it out. You get rid of it. You clean it up. You don't make excuses for it or try to justify it by calling it something it isn't.
