Yes, heroin.

I have been buying drugs for way too long to be stupid enough to give someone my money up front.

I can't miss a fucking shot without heroin can i? And i didn't have to go to the hospital for that one

It's not that hard. If you buy from someone a lot you could easily just be like "Hey, is it cool if I hold on to some until <this date>?"

It's hard with middlemen, but if you're dealing with someone who actually deals then it's not hard to get a little bit here or there.
