My stepdad used to have me shoot the groundhogs that would get in their garden, and me and him would hunt rabbits and pheasants together.  I also hunted rabbits alone or with my friends from school, and I had my own shotgun I kept in my closet when I was 12 years old. 

I actually murdered the crows, however.  Me and my friend would put out some dog food in his backyard and hide, and eventually the crows would scout it out and come and settle down and eat it.  We would devastate them with .22's and, a few times, my 20 gauge.  They are smart though, and if we killed one they would all flee and not come back until we dragged the dead one away and put a bunch of dirt over the blood.  Even then they would be all paranoid and shit.

1 time i got this kitty by the railroad tracks and went on top of the bridge with the cat an d shouted "FIRE THE CAT APULT  an d then i threw the cat off the brige as a train was going under it was lulz
