It looks like what he last said it was, the screenshot shows him running something, presumably a browser, through a proxy and one request it makes during the process of loading a sanctuary page is to zoklet and that's what we see being reported in the screenshot. If every page made a request to zoklet then we might have something to worry about but your normal page is internal requests with a few resources off CDNs.

Maybe ZOK is in some kind of federal trouble due to all of the CP discussion in the jailbait thread, the counterfeit money thread, the RC trading that was going on, the sales of PI, the resource trading and assisting in committing crimes, and all of the conspiracy.

I'd blame the moderators, specifically those that were in charge of certain areas, like BI, the trading pit, and where ever the jailbait thread was.  I noticed that things weren't being addressed as soon as they should have been.
