He's not rich, I don't think.  What do math professors even make in Dubai?  I know the people there are generally rich, but that doesn't mean the university pays well.  And I've never been comfortable even with money lending, unless it's family.  No one has ever spent this much money on me before.  Maybe I should just ask him if we can hang out here.

Workers from europe and other advanced countries have more...professional...jobs and have much more respect. Their pay is higher than they would receive in their own countries
