Or else the 'hippie' trappings were just a clumsy attempt at 'fitting in' by the law enforcement organization currently using the username 'peace of mind'.  When they saw that there were no 'dopers and freaks' here, but instead a culture of ridicule and hatred, they changed their tactics to seem 'edgy'.
