I don't know why everyone wants to be a moderator so bad around here. Do you all realize the responsibility it entails?

I want to expand out and get more members in but...

We've got a skeleton staff right now and no one really looks optimal to join, hate to say it. It's just fine the way it is but I fear if we get too many members, we won't be able to keep up.

What qualities, as a minimum, do you seek in your staff that no user here currently possesses?
