I'd give myself a badass military uniform with plenty of service ribbons and grow out my beard to give myself that South American dictator look. I'd also have to perfect my outstretched arm wave for when I walk out on my balcony and greet the people waiting below.

Realistically though I wouldn't want to own a country straight off, I'd prefer to start with a large PMC, end up contracting to do everything in every military so eventually the only people to kill would be other mercs, at that point I'd have a massive amount of power and all those supposedly contracting would still be under my control, worldwide coup, they couldn't launch aircraft on us because we're the pilots, same for tanks, drones or ships, there would be no military or intelligence personnel that wasn't a member of my PMC, I'd then spread throughout the solar system as well as the stars, at some point I'd offer my services to aliens and eventually do the same thing.
I'd also be a robot.
