Can't really take #1 of your post here seriously after two members posted my real name (changed one letter to try and get around the rule), I reported those posts, and those members got a walk anyways. Also, posting a member's name is not minor PI, it's major PI, and the times that they were banned they received bans for minor PI, which is not correct. If you value these PI rats more than you do the integrity of your userbase, then all the weak threats and minimal punishments in the world won't bring this place anywhere different than where Zoklet ended up. Guaranteed.

Personal Information. Name, pictures of someone, pictures of their family, etc.

There are only four known and proven chronic personal information rats on this board right now. TheDarkRodent, DarkHunter, Lanny and Vizier. Why take it out on the entire userbase, or get them riled up at all, when those four are your ONLY proven threats to the integrity of the userbase right now? Your best bet would simply be to permanently ban those four, have a little fun banning their alts over the following months, make the rule known for the others, and then move on. Problem solved!

never gave ANY of my personal information out. My Facebook page info was revealed through a social engineering ploy that these spineless and cowardly kids initiated themselves. I had nothing to do with it. And as for the use of the first names of members, since there are already handles/nicks freely available to use when addressing or replying to member posts, there's really no reason in the world except spineless cowardice that anyone would even need to use another member's first name, especially if that member has already made it clear they don't want their personal info out there or in here. This ain't rocket science, but some just try to make it into that.
