Nature designed the shit outta kratom.

On topic: absolutely nothing. The vast majority of the time I'm sober unless I'm with people. Even then it's usually just weed, rare alcohol use maybe a few times a year although I had a good stint a few weeks ago. Psychedelics a few times a year. The great thing to me is that I don't NEED anything. I can go forever with nothing and while I'll miss it, I'm not sitting there craving it and having the lust for it consume my mind. I like my sober mind and I like myself and I see no reason to get outside of that too much.

Poly-substance user myself however i am currently not dependant on anything. I used to have a pretty serious fentanyl addiction at the worst of it i used to take 10mg a day. Remember fentanyl comes in micrograms.

Weed. I can go without it but why would I want to. Also LSD, probably my favourite drug, if I couldn't eat 2 or 3 hits every now and then I'd be fucked.

Anymore all I need is nicotine to survive the day. I smoke weed everyday and much prefer it to sobriety but if I don't have it the world keeps turning.

It used to be that I couldn't function without opiates.
But luckily I'm not physically addicted anymore.
