No problem. You'll also need to select the checkboxes beside the threads that already have notification enabled and Un-notify them, which is possible in the same notification options area.

Biggest complaint would have to be the zokfags whining about stupid shit like the lack of certain superfluous features.

This^ Just put your foot down, stick to your guns and run the board in the adult fashion you have set out to accomplish.

If a user is banned, can it change their user rank/title to 'Banned?' Currently, it does not change and there is no indication whether a user is banned unless you go to their profile, and I'm not sure if that shows up for everyone else. Thanks bro.

https/SSL would be nice, and if this:

As soon as we fix our broken IP's, I will.
could be done with all due urgency it would be much appreciated. But do keep this in mind:
The important thing to remember here, Arnox, is that no matter what you do 90% of people will, and the 10% who like it will forget about it in a week. There are no decisions that please DeBuru. Even if you put it to a poll, democracy is no deterrent from blind rage at the top. The reason admins always go absent is because of this, the only way to keep from being the most reviled thing on the board is to make no decisions at all.

I agree, we need SSL. thats mo' money out of his pocket though

it's easy enough to self-sign a cert considering people here are unlikely to care about ca trust anyway, but I dunno how to do it unless you have terminal access to the machine... ideally it should be as easy as using openssl or nss or whatever to generate a cert, then importing it via the web control panel

Understandable. I'm just saying that you had this with the last site to an extent. It was outdated but it was there.
