First time at the gym in 6 months

and GODDAMN does it ever feel good, everything is way down and I went easy but I know I can get back up. Curling 35's and bunching 185, V bar tri-ing 160 and can still do captain chair crunches without my back hurting too bad. Fucking success, goddamn. Fuck, I never realized how much I missed it til I went back.

Not at you Chemist. Your lift was solid but the faggot Infinityshmock thought benching 250 is exaggerated because he's such a weakling.

Hahaha.. I benched 250 when I was 16. True story.
