Arnox and I have been pretty active.

Once the new users are approved and reach Adherent rank, they shouldn't have any issues outside of regular rule violations.  This measure is very reasonable compared to the alternative - being subjected to CP and spam that really turns normal people away from the site.

you do realize that webmasters can unmask tor users as well don't you?

The only solution is to compete with them, if they spam CP, you SPAM MORE CP!

In the end they will give up and you will have an influx of users. It's a win/win, although you will probably get arrested, a minor set back.
