Exactly! I carry 24/7 wherever I go. Quite honestly if that was someone I cared about getting beaten (my girlfriend for example) and there were that many fuckers I would pull out my firearm, give a quick warning to back off, and then immediately open fire. I would be defending life and I would hope to god that my lawyer could convince the jury to see it that way. Either way better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 and I value those close to me more than myself.

Agreed. I carry a 9mm handgun and a .38 special at a back-up. Despite some of the heckling I've received from some people, what matters most to me is my personal safety. It's a shame this man wasn't able to defend himself.
