I onced worked for a kitchen that did up to three "working interviews" to insure that neither party felt like they jumped the gun on a potential employment.

Anyways this job is for FOH(all my experience is BOH in restaurants)

Before I left last night they told me I did "awesome" and that they would "be in contact" with me by Monday(tomorrow)  to talk about training.

Update.

So I went back to the same store wearing the same clothes. I did my shopping and  returned my movies(@ the red box right next to the un-used register where I was earlier scolded at).

Are they just going to wait for when I least expect it? I'm kind of worried now.

The boys have finally caught on to me at the local qfc I frequent. They informed me on my way out today "the register is right there sir!" "Oh stealing from us again?!"  And  "we have good cameras ya know!"
