Ask lots of questions about the work enviroment, like whether coworkers hang out after work and whether birthdays are celebrated and stuff. Bosses love that shit. Also dont tell them why you deserve this job, tell them why they need you to have this job

I onced worked for a kitchen that did up to three "working interviews" to insure that neither party felt like they jumped the gun on a potential employment.

Anyways this job is for FOH(all my experience is BOH in restaurants)
