So guys my girlfriend is taking a philosophy class but doesn't into philosophy. So I decided to be a nice guy and do one of her papers for her. I though it would be fun if we made this a little group assignment. It has to be 3 paragraphs each paragraph being 10-12 sentences. First paragraph deals with the topic: explain what morality is specifically and why one should be moral 2nd deals with arguing against a certain moral theory. The moral theory which we will be arguing against is utilitarianism 3rd paragraph deals with arguing for the moral theory of relativism.
Ideally I want to just start with the first sentence and anyone who wants too can add a sentence. I will choose the best sentences that don't sound like something a bunch of autistic idiots came up with and they will form the paper.
Sentence 1:
Morality is an integral part of the societal chain, without which humanity would be reduced to the level of the common ape.
-
This is immoral :P
-

Common Negro
-
Equanimity said immoral LoL
-
Morals— all correct moral laws— derive from the instinct to survive. Moral behavior is survival behavior above the individual level.
-
When the country falls into chaos, patriotism is born.
-
I specalize in morals. But I am also lazy so I cant help sorry.
-
What we got so far:
When the country falls into chaos, patriotism is born. Morality is an integral part of the societal chain, without which humanity would be reduced to the level of the common ape. Morals, and indeed all correct moral laws, derive from the instinct to survive. Moral behavior is survival behavior above the individual level.
Come on guys we are doing so well! Keep it going!
-
This will never work out.

false
also...if this chick wants free academic assistance shes going to need to reciprocate. the base minimum is going to be full frontal nudes posted. if its a decent grade she better be prepared to loan out some of her orifices in appreciation
-
No contribution no pics.
Try harder next time faggot.
Also it would improve your post quality if you wrote more than false. Why do you take that statement as false?
-
no worries...i have enough of her to provide my fapping needs for months
im not here to provide quality posts. because morality is based on a societal outlook that varies as broadly as the number of societies themselves. it is accepted but not practiced. adultery...murder...theft...corruption...rape...ad nauseum

Is your girlfriend in highschool or something? This is one weak sauce topic. Here's how you should write it
Intro:
Some mariam-webster bullshit, distinction between law and morality, normative force, is and ought, all that jazz that no one in ethics really cares about
Para 1:
Utilitarianism alone doesn't provide a framework for justice
Under extreme circumstances utilitarianism could condone genocide if a sufficient large group of people would be made sufficiently happy by it
Benthamite utilitarianism requires that we choose the life of a satisfied immortal pig over any mortal human life because the pleasures of pigs are of an essentially same kind as the pleasures of humans
Mill's utilitarianism would require us to choose any amount of human suffering over any amount of pleasure available to lower animals
Para 2:
Relativism doesn't suffer from utilitarianism's intolerance
uhh, some people kinda like relativism sometimes I guess?
If we adopt some wonky meta-ethical framework it possibly isn't internally inconsistent?
All those points are lies, but they'll make a philosophy teacher happy.
