I'm wondering if at any income level I can find a way to exchange money for being able to just super indulge in shitty food but not like suffer negative health consequences. Like my first thought is liposuction but that probably has some downsides. Also everyone in my family is diabetic so even if I could pay the fat away I'd still have to sacrifice my pancreas. I think I'm just fucked.

As he was leaving he saw a box with 2 fries in it and noticed it was the perfect way to complete his meal! There is no way that isnt the case its the only logical explanation!"

I did know of this fast food place that was like a crab place and they looked like they would potentially serve shrip. Never went there though. Place closed down a few months after opening.
Maybe you should go on that show where you pitch bidness ideas to some people who may potentially fund you and pitch them this idea. You could get some funding!

Actually thinking this is the best approach. It'll fuck my teeth up but that's sometimes I legit can fix with money and dentistry. Not sure about throat damage but I can probably figure it out somehow. I don't really like throwing up but I think if I practice it a bit I can get used to it.
