It IS the same people (although I wouldn't exactly call them people), and they're kidiots from Zoklet, and they're the ones who got MAD their jailbait thread got closed where they were posting borderline and outright CP. In fact, the staff here may be able to glean information from the Zoklet jailbait thread itself if the thread has been archived, and those IPs from those associated Zoklet posts in that thread, if they weren't made on a proxy in carelessness, would still show up in the Zoklet M&A's "One User Many Accounts" forum and their IP checker tool, which can check IPs from specific usernames and their posts.

Tracking down the offenders this way is impossible if they're using Tor and have it properly configured. The admin will have logs containing the exit node IP addresses, but the feds can't do anything more than raid the locations of those servers.

The only practical attack on Tor is time correlation. This is extremely resource intensive, and only possible if the attacker knows who they are targeting, and can actively monitor both sides of the network in order to correlate traffic . Otherwise, nobody, not even the NSA can deanonymize users.

I don't think you appreciate that "resolution of the path through the net that the data is using" is actually quite difficult. As a normal forum operator all you have is an address of an exit node and a timestamp. Even if you could subpoena the ISP and find who the exit node is how do you propose to find the prior relay node? If you can get records out of the ISP then maybe you can get a list of X more potential previous relays which is just that many more subpoenas. Plus you'll never know when you've actually found the originator because you can't tell the difference between relayed data and original data. You couldn't get make this work in a reasonable amount of time if you were looking the bomb that was about to blow up new york, no one is going to fuck with it for kiddy diddlers (esp when we all already know it's spectroll).

Onion routing makes what you're describing impossible unless cooperating LE agencies are in control of a majority of relays, and even then it would be extraordinarily difficult to keep track of one user out of millions moving throughout a network of 6000 nodes. They're not going to waste time and resources trying.

As for me and mine, we are doing quite well actually. We just moved over the summer, and Lil Guru is has made a great adjustment now that he has started middle school. Despite him being the new kid on the block he is acclimating quite well, and loves the independence vs. elementary school. Just about every day he remarks how "fast" his days go there, which is completely opposite from my schooling experience as I thought it was a long torture at his age...so maybe he is a bit weird. :P
Oh, and his team won the little league championship this summer, a huge reason why his bat is still as nasty as ever....with him hitting .437. Beyond that, lots of swimming, Cedar Point and other fun summer stuff, he had an absolute blast.
So yeah, me and his mom couldn't be any more proud. His MOTHER, the one that never left home, the one who has stayed by my side through thick and thin...and neither one of us has had to cheat on the other since we took our vows many many moons ago. Neither of us have to sleep with one eye open at night, which is a stark contrast to how YOU live your life, and the stability(*giggles) you've provided for your kids.
You may call your life "good", but in reality its been in constant turmoil and upheaval. He actually had a "down" year, as last year he batted .600+ . I attribute the falloff this year to the fact we moved in the beginning of the season....so between the stress of all of that, and not being able to put in the batting practice he started out a bit slow.

The 1st 2 weeks of September I spent in Ohio visiting family members that are aging whom I hold dear to my heart and can't be certain in this uncertain world I will have the opportunity to share time with again in this life. One of them is a cousin who is ten years my senior and is the closet thing I will ever have to a big brother. The reason I quoted your post prior to sharing this anecdote is as follows. He had not entered my thoughts in the last three years on any level of significance (much like yourself in my world). On my last night in Ohio I met with a good friend of mine (we will call him Harry) who was there the night "Bill" had the misfortune to mistake me for something he could handle. After about an hour of pounding back some suds an toking some buds with Harry, Harry nudged me in the side and said, "Hey bro, do you know who that is sitting three stools down in the pink shirt?" I replied, "No, who?" Harry said, That's the guy you beat the shit out of three years ago in here."

I don't ask TDR or others any personal information, they tell me but I always forget and it's mostly because I care about them. Regarding Credibility, he is an Admin on Totseans, and so are others. Does it mean anything? No, not really it just means I trust him and others and I know he is trustworthy enough and won't backstab me or others. That's because we created a bond over not just days, years mate. Totseans is older than this and currently it will be older than Zoklet in the near future, we're at 4 year mark. A lot has happened, we experienced things. We got back stabbed etc, but slowly we understood each other to some extent and now we just do whatever we want.
Do I have his and others PI? Well yes, they do have mine as well. Not worried about it being leaked, I always play safe, I tend to more paranoid than others tbh, in the end I risk losing more than others.
