"Recent Posts" Moved to a side bar?

Could that happen? I know it's just at the bottom of the page and is not all _that_ hard to get to but I want to be able to see when someone posts something and be in the shoutbox at the same time. Which by the way I would support moving to IRC or at least having the shoutbox be an embedded IRC client that people could connect to with their own clients if they wish.

Well, the Recent Posts bar doesn't update itself anyway. You need to manually refresh the page to get the new list. In the end,

However, that's outdated trash. The cool kids use the "Show unread posts since last visit." link right next to your profile now.

As to IRC, we need someone to host the server for that and I don't have a computer to spare for it.

Talk to Krane about it, he's offered _several_ times to host not only the website but the IRC too.

That was a while ago, dude, when I didn't even know how the site was going to be. IRC functionality was the last thing on my mind. Also, no one could have access to the hosting but me for security reasons. The hosting needed to be done overseas and the hosting had to be very stable as well.

So yeah, as far as I know, Krane hasn't registered to this site and totse2.net is all but nonexistant now so I can't contact him through there either.
