take heatgun, evenly heat pvc till squishy. taper flatten with a board and spacers. cut knocks string and boom. further details and such if anyone wants em. also see backyardbowyer on youtube, lots of good instructions.

SCH80 PVC works better for this...its thicker/stronger

its a lot thicker so takes more care to heat without melting/burning. if you burn-melt it the elasticity is virtually gone and itll snap instead of bend
