Getting drunk at hockey games on cheap beer night kicks ass. Especially when you get to see a good brawl.

Pens suck, no depth. Kings take the cup again.

Regarding the NHL, I tend to follow particular players instead of overall teams. Mostly teams from AHL and ECHL teams I favor, though, since I've attended for more minor league hockey games than NHL games.

thats cool. Hiw does hockey minor league work?  Are minor league teams associated with NHL teams so thise minor leagye players contracts practically belong to the affiliate? Like in baseball or just a lower leagye altogether?

In North America, professional hockey works like this

National Hockey League (top tier)

American Hockey League (sends players up to NHL)

East Coast Hockey League (sends players up to AHL)

The AHL and ECHL are the only two minor leagues recognized by the NHL collective bargaining agreement, which means anyone signed to an NHL development contract must first report to an AHL or ECHL club.

Each NHL team has one AHL affiliate and one ECHL affiliate.

Thanks for clearing that up.
