Last night I made a sort of pad see ew type dish but not even remotely authentic. Zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, tomato, beef, basil, in a Thai sauce served on jasmine rice.

Leg of lamb roasted on the grill with mint, garlic etc. inside. Also, baked potatoes using this recipe

Easy as fuck and works well.

I wish I could afford some lamb right now. That sounds amazing.

Did you make a float? Because those are yummy. And that is not a healthy dinner.

The best pizza, everrrr.

3 meats, tons of cheese, not too much sauce, with a perfect crust nomnom

Fried pork chops, potatoes fondant, wilted spinach greens and apparently according to my wife the best damn gravy she ever ate. I'm pretty happy about that meal.

Made some more of my Chinese noodle stuff. I really don't know what to call it. I kind of came up with it myself. Anyway I think it was the best one yet but my wife said it was so hot that she couldn't eat it. I had to make her a sandwich.

Anyway I can get her spice tolerance up?

What makes such a gravy? A splash of white to lift that caramelised rendered rind from the pan?
