So, should the brown family and it's supporters (sharpton, splc, et al..) be held financially liable for the destruction of personal property in the riots?

And now we've got thousands of National Guard members marching the streets as stupid people raze their own communities and sane people are frightened, hiding in their boarded up homes.  This really could have been avoided with sensible rules for law enforcement firearms use.
