IRL I say things all the time to test people or just to see their reaction/cause conflict

Today I told a guy that it's perfectly reasonable to suspend human rights if its moving towards a grand purpose (as all claim to be) and Putin couldn't have possibly engaged in any voter fraud in 2012 because he cried at his victory ceremony and Russian KGB agents don't cry

This is literally how I talk IRL. The guy I was talking too seemed awkward after but clearly still wants my respect. He's in the reserves and that makes me fearful for my countries safety

No you didn't? And you can't get in trouble for that actually. Black Pete is a part of a Dutch "tradition" -- Surely you've heard of it. The UN made a big deal about it last year I think haha.
