Well, if you keep getting felonies, then these employers are going to look at you as someone that may not show up to work because they are in jail, and wont hire you.

With multiple felonies, you should probably go to a staffing/temp place for a job.  You have to work your way out of that by holding jobs and not getting in trouble with the law.

get on both knees and plant two lips.  ...yeah i know its corny but my one of my freinds used it on one of my other freinds on facebook and i thought it was funny.  i feel bad for posting it now since im going to be paying kroz to design a few shirts for me.  hes a really good artist.  well i have to see some of his recent work first.

id say just buy some transfer paper and an iron and print off some of your abstract art.  try to throw in some real objects and transfer it to shirts and sell them through flyers.  like i said in a previous comment i made 600$ a month after passing out flyers for 3 days about mowing yards.  kept me busy all summer.  you may have similar success with selling shirts.  the shirts cost 2.50 altogether to make and you can sell them for 14$ or more if you got the right designs.  ive been without jobs off and on and ive always found ways to make money. 

one year why i had a job i went door to door with my portraits and sold 3 portraits the first 8 houses i went to.   made 80$ for a days work.  you could sell your paintings or whatever medium you are using and make easily 100$ in a day since it is fast abstract work.  only reason i suggest doing shirts is they only take 10 seconds to make as opposed to 30 mins and net you 11-15$ profit.   You never know until you try. 

then that fiverr site i showed you people who are really talented make like 50$ a day.  it takes a while to get up to that but some people do it in 6 months.

If you are going to stop fucking up - plumber, Electrician, ironworker, carpenter, glazier, oilfield, welder
If u wanna keep fucking up - concrete, sheetrocker, painter, roadwork, 'landscapining'.


If you don't like trades work you could work in a factory, in sales, at a warehouse.

Food/hospitality just seems so dead-end, you can move up in some of those other jobs.  If you are going to stop fucking up see about sealing or expunging your mistakes.
