"oh, i don't think i can be friends with a person who talks like That" or "wow so you think blank is blank, i think we're going to have a problem here" or "why is she wearing that, it looks Sooooooo Bad."

guess i've just been noticing it more b/c being gay isn't the "new" cool now, at least in this country. it's kinda normalized a bit, so some of the antics are less socially "cute" if that makes any sense. yeah i had to listen to some guy make rude comments yesterday and i wanted to mute my ears or something. i'm cool with gay people, but why do they think they can be more verbose than the average person.

I'm assuming it has everything to do with their community needing to feel superior since they've been and still are considered 'lesser' than human. They have strong opinions on everything because by golly, they're gay and opinionated and you need to know that. I haven't seen it so much as you seem to have, but that's my guess. The fashion critique is probably more conditioned than anything though.

I never understood how this came to be acceptable. Think about it, gay book club, gay aerobics, gay knitting - why the fuck do these things need a sexual preference prefix? I-Like-To-Fuck-Dudes-In-The-Ass-Knitting. Just... Why? I sat at a friends birthday thing for his son and his brother sat at the kids table and EVERYTHING he said had to do with gayness. No one even asked or questioned his sexuality and it was a kids birthday party so it shouldn't have been a subject of conversation to begin with, which I found EXTREMELY odd, no one called him out on talking about SEX at a 8 year old's birthday. Just because hes gay everyone is afraid to tell him to speak on appropriate topics or shut the fuck up? Like... Just because its GAY sex, it's ok to discuss with kids? What?

also I am being forced into finding a private councilour.. and I called up the place and evidently it was meant for trannies and homosexuals only.. I'm guilty of this myself, not the gay part but I do it with bodybuilding alot. Not so much now but the first year literally it's all I talked about, looking back on it, it was probably annoying as fuck so I see where you're coming from.

Yeah. last year when I lived in Kentucky I had this roommate who's uncle lived in Chicago who was gay as fuck and one of those "we're here, we're queer" types. Anyways, she was telling me how he was in this "Gay parade" up there.

I don't see why a parade is needed. Do straight guys have floating flatbeds of pussies and tits down main street Chicago? Of course not, that would be "politically incorrect".
While I do believe in equality for all people, NO ONE should get special treatment, that includes blacks, guys, mexicans etc..whatever, equality yes, special treatment no.

Most of the gay people I know don't give a shit about 'gay culture,' and some are actively pissed about it being a thing. Although some of the others flame so hard that I have a hard time being around them.

Thing is, you can say something similar about any group. There are lots of Christians, Atheists, Democrats, Republicans, geeks, sports fans, motorheads, hipsters, burnouts, etc... who are just as obnoxiously in your face about it.
