1. demod zek. he's destroying the site with the drama he causes. he derails threads and nothing happens as punishment. he's trashed the serious sections. he makes troll threads in serious sections. he has no qualifications whatsoever, no specialized knowledge, and no ability to moderate.
Taking it another step further Idio.....be ready to infract/ban Zek as soon as he starts the derailing and gameplaying. Better yet, take a proactive approach and section ban him everywhere allowing him to post ONLY in Gluttons and Gourment, HB and NIMF....because those are the only places where he belongs.
Obviously get rid of Arnox in any staff position....because between all of his lies and hypocrisy he only sullies the staff and website as a whole. He truly is a black eye on everyone.
Beyond that, just try to encourage upping the quality of posting...and discourage incoherent kidiocy like the kind of drivel Bling Bling brings. Whether its infracting or moving bullshit threads, try to maintain an adult and edgy message board that inspires people that post interesting and controversial discussion.....not predictable slobber and idiocy.
