Possible widespread fear/sleep deprivation?

If a certain youtuber were to be broadcasted nationally, would it cause the things mentioned in the subject along with possible suicides?

It wouldn't be possible but i was thinking that thousands of blimps would be needed to broadcast over various major cities on top of having major channels hacked to broadcast there as well
