[22:34:05] <Shiva> shiva for no. 1 badmin
You don't have to be a student of Sun Tzu to realize that going face-down ass-up for a bunch of paedo's is a bad move for a number of reasons. I hope the final dimming embers of Totse aren't finally extinguished by a few kiddie-fiddlers. Even death by furries would be better than that.

Very few moderators are actually needed. The trick is, the few you have need to have integrity and dedication, and above all else, a sense of fairness and justice and genuine logic. Zoklet failed because it had way too many moderators who were completely without integrity, devoid of fairness and justice, and above all, they had administration heads who were just as corrupt and morally bankrupt as they were. Kids who want to be mods only want to be mods so they can lord it over the userbase and "be a somebody". That's not what true community spirit is all about, and that's why they were basically shut down.

Excellent. I had temporarily forgotten about this huge anti-Totse power abuser.

Vizier

Vizier makes a good reg, but as a mod he sucks because he's also against free speech if he happens to disagree with it. Can't be trusted with any authority whatsoever, IMO. All that aside, he did in fact unban an honest contributor who had been illegitimately banned, against the wishes of his corrupt fellow staff members, so that's gotta count for something, I guess.

If you want to make mod or admin, the very best way is going to be to contribute interesting and viable content in a forum of your preference, and also to support your community members when they are in need of help. Keep doing that and eventually someone notices. It's that easy.

I did that but all I got was Arnox insulting me. You missed a lot of his abuses of power before everyone flooded this place.

CountBlah was shit tier as well. Snoopy was a dickriding ban happy faggot when he became a mod as well.

GOOD mod list would be alright too:

I will do anything I can to help the community I helped bridge the gap between users and mods on zoklet but fuck all that work was all for nothing so I don't know if I wanna go through that again. Modding BI over there made me want to blow my brains out lol but I'd like to think work I put in over here would pay off by having a place to go to.

But I just wanna post and be a regular for awhile... It took me a new user to say "hey lets take down the front page that hasn't been updated since 2009 and redirect zoklet to the forums" I mean come on now.
mark311xtc is the people's mod FOREVER!!!
