I'm actually sympathetic to the quote in OP. Obviously one turn of phrase can be a euphemism for another. "I'd like to ram my sausage up your clam" obviously means something that doesn't pertain to food. It's probably a safe bet that initiating a cold conversation on the street is an attempt to proposition the subject. I'm not sure that constitutes some great atrocity, but I think it's disingenuous to say that the instances of men "greeting" the actress in the original video didn't have an ulterior motive.
